Due to the highway closures throughout British Columbia and Ontario, we are experiencing delays across our network. Please see below for important updates that may affect you. We will continue to pick up and process shipments. We will prioritize new pickup requests based on the following criteria: - Shipment is less than 10,000 lbs., or 10 feet of trailer - Shipment does not contain Dangerous Goods For customers using our Rail Service ex: Toronto, please note that both Rail lines have indicated that they have made significant progress, they are anticipating delays as they work through the back log of equipment that has been sitting during the closure. Freight in the network will move based on the age of pick up. We have posted information on the applicable road closure surcharges. Service advisory –Significant delays due to rockslide. - Due to the road closure of Highway 97 1km north of Summerland, BC, we are currently experiencing significant delays to the service points listed below. Note that while we are still accepting shipments to/from these points, however, they will only be serviced on a very limited bases. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide an update on service once we have more information. Affected service points include: Summerland, Penticton, Kaleden, Naramata, Okanagan Falls, Osoyoos, Keremeos, Cawston and surrounding areas.
