How do I get an online account?
If you have an active account with Kindersley Transport, please email customerservice@kindersleytransport.com to request a User ID and Password.
How do I get a rate?
With an account - Our Kindersley Transport Ltd. Customer Web Access tool allows you to rate shipments online. To request a User ID and Password, please email customerservice@kindersleytransport.com. From the Shipping Tab, you can access our online Shipment Rater. Shipment Rater allows our existing customers to generate prices based off their personal existing rates. This system simplifies the process of calculating your costs prior to shipping and makes it even easier to transition into a Pickup Request.
Without an Account – you can utilize our Guest Quoting site - Kindersley Guest Rating. Note that pickups must be booked online using the quote generated. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Where do I find a BOL?

What happens if I don’t put in dimensions/weight?
All BOL’s must include shipment actual weight and dimensions. Shipments that do not include dimensions will automatically be assigned a full skid spot (40x48x96) per skid.
What is Excess valuation/Declared Value?
When required to accept a liability greater than $2.00 per pound, an excess valuation charge equal to 3% of the declared value in excess of $2.00 per pound will be assessed. Shipments with a declared value in excess of $5.00 per pound must be approved prior to shipping. Note that this charge is automatically applied to any BOL’s that list a Declared Value.
Does Kindersley Transport Ltd. handle dangerous goods?
Kindersley Transport partners with a major Canadian Chemical Producers’ Association and participates in its Responsible Care Program. Our field staff has experience in handling all sorts of commodities and is familiar with the rules and procedures for dangerous goods. We also participate in ongoing training and compliance programs.
What are freight classes?
The National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC) tariff defines and rates all types of goods and commodities for motor carriers. There are 18 freight classes rated from 50 to 500. The higher the class rates, the higher the cost for every 100 pounds you ship. Most manufacturers and logistic managers are members of the NMFC and are familiar with its classifications. If you are not sure of the classification of your freight, contact a Kindersley Transport representative or the National Motor Freight Traffic Association at 703- 838-1810.
Where can I get information about my shipments?
Kindersley Transport keeps track of freight using global positioning satellite systems and can always provide information about your shipment, including its delivery status and current location.
Can you handle temperature-sensitive goods?
