Severe Winter Weather - Ontario - Severe Winter Weather is currently in effect in the GTA and surrounding area in Ontario. With this, major snowfall and wind is being observed in the area reducing all visibility.
We are expecting delays within our Pickup, Delivery, and Linehaul network.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates once they become available. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Weather Update - Operations - Severe weather in Northern Ontario and throughout the prairies have resulted in multiple road closures over the past 2 weeks. These closures have impacted our Linehaul network, coupled with inconsistent customer Christmas schedules we are experiencing a backlog in the network. With highways re-opening in British Columbia, we are still experiencing significant delays into and out of the province. Several areas in BC are limited to single lane traffic while the province continues to work on restoring the infrastructure.

Please see below for important updates that may affect you.
We will continue to pick up and process shipments originating in or destined to BC. We will prioritize new pickup requests based on the following criteria:
- Shipment is less than 10,000 lbs., or 10 feet of trailer
- Shipment does not contain Dangerous Goods
There are no restrictions on other lanes.
For customers using our Rail Service ex: Toronto, destined to Vancouver, please note that both Rail lines are anticipating significant delays as they work through Capacity issues created by the closure.
The extreme cold temperatures in the west have forces the rail lines to shorten the length of the trains, further reducing their capacity.
Transit times are impacted during the winter months, as train lengths & train speeds are reduced.
Freight in the network will move based on the age of pick up.
