Carbon Tax Changes Effective April 14 2025
Please anticipate delays across the network on both road and rail service as snowfall and cold temperatures have impacted various parts of the country. Tier restrictions with rail providers have caused equipment, capacity, and transit delays.

British Columbia: Please anticipate delivery delays due to increased inbound units following delays due to weather and capacity with rail providers as a result of extreme cold temperatures and tier restrictions.
Alberta: Please anticipate delivery delays as a result of extreme cold temperatures in the week of February 16-20. Tier 2 restrictions in place in Alberta with rail providers.
Saskatchewan: Please anticipate delivery delays as a result of extreme cold temperatures in the week of February 16-20.
Manitoba: Nothing to report.
Ontario: Nothing to report.
Quebec: Nothing to report
Atlantic Provinces: Due to winter weather in Newfoundland on February 18, please anticipate delays.
